Our Founders both enjoy and appreciate the "game" and recognize the degree of difficulty in maintaining a quality product for members and patrons. Understanding that numerous variables affect the turf, we envisioned incorporating a technology solution to support Superintendents in better understanding their unique conditions—a valuable addition to their toolkit.

As we delved into the agricultural sector, we discovered that AI was being integrated at the equipment level, delivering real-time savings in chemical usage, fuel, and labor costs. From this observation, we realized that Superintendents could greatly benefit from extended insights into turf conditions over time. By enabling them to track progress and compare historical data, they would gain a deeper understanding of their turf’s evolution and improvements.

Unlike agriculture, where crops are seasonal, turf is a permanent asset. Each year brings new conditions and challenges, placing the responsibility of turf management squarely on the Superintendent. Recognizing this, we saw an opportunity to provide AI-driven support—thus, Turf Vision was created to empower Superintendents with advanced, data-driven insights for long-term turf management.
